I accidently inserted a lot of my data wrong in mysql.

Its something like this

32-Bit versions
• Windows Vista
• Windows XP
• Windows Me
• Windows 2000
• Windows 98
• Windows NT 4.0
• Windows 95
• Windows NT 3.5
64-Bit Versions
• Windows Vista x64
• Windows XP x64

Now when i use php to display data it look somewhat like this

32-Bit versions � Windows Vista � Windows XP � Windows Me � Windows 2000 � Windows 98 � Windows NT 4.0 � Windows 95 � Windows NT 3.5 64-Bit Versions � Windows Vista x64 � Windows XP x64

Is there anyway to fix this?
