Ive been using my sql server lately but for this past few days, its been crashing. I'm trying to find solution but seems nothing works or I'm just doing it wrong. Its sql server 2008 R2

If you are running locally, take a look at your event log (event viewer) in your control panel > admin tools > event viewer. Look for the error and see if you can get more info from there.
