Hi All,

I'm new in android app development and before you present a proposal to the client is it important that you must create a mock up of the design of your app first? If so what are the proper way of creating a mock up design for an android app?

You talking about wireframes. Everybody has different approach to it, most commonly it does involve photoshop and UI designer that will design number of screens based on project requirments and research to provide expected final outcome and also a point for discussion
