hey! friendz plz tell me how to insert time in a running programme ,which is similar to system clock time.

Ok. Tell me this, are you programming using MFC? ATL? COM?Win32? or just plain C++ using command console

for showing concern in my question..
as i am working in simple c++ programme..regarding this i asked u this question.
actually i am working in a game ,so i need to show time taken by the player to achieve the first objective ....thats y.i need the time or clock..
plz gve me ur valuable suggestion in it..
