I have purchased a vehicle tracking unit that uses SMS and GPRS to transmit data. Now I want to develop a web application that can receive the data using gprs connection.

I know how to use C# to develop applications to some extent but dont know how to establish connection and receive the data. I can configure the device to send the data to application installed using port number and IP address.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation of your help.
