how to get selected item in DataGrid, WPF

HI everyone,

Here i have a DataGrid in WPF,
I have presented data in DataGrid from Database.
Problem is::
Now, when i Right click on particular cell i have to get the Column Header of that cell. So, that i can retrieve that Column's data
and present it in a ListBox.

so what shld i do, which properties, i hav 2 go for:?:
