Awhile ago I made an app that uses Performance Counters to display info pertaining to CPU, RAM, hard drives, etc. kind of like Window's program (Forgot the name), but only displaying info people would really need.

I want to continue working on that app and adding new stuff to it. I was wondering if it was possible to find drivers for like a video card to display the model video card in my app.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
