OK guys, in regards to my last thread, I've decided to give PIL a shot. Trouble is, the setup instructions are as clear as mud. I've got the files downloaded and extracted, but that's as far as I've been able to get. Can someone, IN PLAIN ENGLISH, walk me through the remaining steps or redirect me to a website that would do so?

Jump to PostIf you have a Windows machine and Python26, simply download and install:
PIL-1.1.7.win32-py2.6.exe
Jump to PostSimply run PIL-1.1.7.win32-py2.6.exe it installs itself.
Jump to PostYou gotta download the tar.gz source and then build it if you want to use it under mac (I don't know how to do that, ask a mac person).
Here's the version for Windows and python 2.5:
