Guys I am seeking help on the following two dimensional arrays, using matrices.
(a) Enter elements of two matrices A and B.
(b) Add the matrices and store the result in matrix C.
(c) Subtract matrix A from matrix B, and store the result in matrix R.

Depending on how urgent its needed, the price varies. But on a normal priority, I charge
