Hy guys, this is my first post here. I'm new with window apps, and they are giving me a tough time. I need to do something like that:

In words, small windows that shows statistics of players on table. Obviously, I need to make those little windows to be childs of main window. I managed to get handle of this window from processes but don't know how to make a connection. Is it crucial that there is child/parent connection and no other solution isn't good.
PROBLEM: how to make a child/parent connection using only handles of windows, first is web page, other is my own window.
