How do I perform a mouse click event programatically. but the problem is i do not want to perform it on a UIelement. I just want to perform a mouseclik once. Can i do that?

One method would be to write a seperate sub routine that you call from your mouse click routine ands from where ever you wish to simulate the mouse click.
