So I just found out what Rot13 is and what its suppose to do but I now I have to implement a code that will allow me to execute Rot13. Does anyone have any tips on where I should start? (besides the beginning -__-). Any help is appreciated! thank you!

If you now understand what rot13 is you can implement it programmatically simply by writing out the process in simple steps and writing code for each of those steps, in turn.
How would you write this out, in the simplest form, so that someone three generations older than you (i.e. not very familiar with computers) could understand the operations?
