please , can you help to find the formulas accourding to the results in the pictures ?

The first formula is based on number of kilometers you plan to go. The expense for this formula is computed as follows:
- For the first 500 kms, the cost of each kilometer is f1=0.2
- From 501 to 1500 kms, each kilometer costs f2=0.1
- Each kilometer above 1500 costs f3=0.05
The second formula is based on a daily plate rate regardless the number of kilometers driven.
For the two formulas, a tax of 18% is applied.
