I've open a new form & maximize it.Then again on button click event I've open a new form with small dimensions.
Now,I want that the later form get disable,when I've open the second form.
tell me the code for that.

Tekmaven, I think he means DoModal(). Meaning when the second form is called it is the form that has focus and is on top. You can't click on the form you called it from.
Unfortunately I can't for the life of me remember how you do that? Ugg, not even in VBA, but I have done it.

Ah, I realize what he's saying now. Instead of calling the .Show() method, call the .ShowDialog() method. This method will show you're form as a modal dialog box.
