If you just wish to display time it is not required to use iframe.
I means, You can also go with JS or AJAX.
What do you think?

No, This was just an example. I donot wish to display time ! I wish to display Percentage progress of upload (I've a workin code for it), but, It requires iframe to refresh. Please help
