Hi,

I am new to web development. I am xampp package for development. First I was able to access MYSQL through CLI and PhpMyAdmin. But when I set the root password for the MYSQL, I am unable to access it.

Any clue?

Hi,

You have to go to the xamp map ---> apps ---> phpmyadmin ---> and open config.inc.php.

there you can fill in your new password.
