hi ,
I m newbee to dreamviewer CS4 and php.i have installed xampp and php my sql works fine. Now when i select a new PHP layout and insert<p>The time is now <?php echo date('H:i:s'); ?>.</p> in body section i don't get to see any date in live view.I have followed all site definition steps like site name: mysitename
local root folder-- D:\mysitename\
default image--selected correctly
remote info---
Access--Local\network
Remopte folder --- D:\malhar\
testing server---
server model---php/mysql
access---local/network
testing server folder---D:\malhar\
URL prefix----http://localhost/mysitename/ ....THIS SECTION WAS GIVING ME ERROR PREVIOUSLY BUT SAME LINE FIXED IT.DONT KNOW HOW ;)

other all setting were default and done.

please help me..hoping for quick fix ;P.

First of all, I think you mean Dreamweaver? and I am not 100% sure what your asking... Do you have the file in the correct xampp folder?
