I'm pretty new at this still and my boss just gave me a real challenge. Before I get too stressed about it I thought I'd see if anyone had some ideas.

He wants a banner graphic on the top of his e-commerce page to be specific to the region (State/Province) where the customer is viewing the site from.
For example: I live in Edmonton, in the Province of Alberta. If I went to his website a top banner would be designed for Alberta:

"We ship to Alberta"

Can anyone give me any advise? ... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

use database. and use SELECT and WHERE so the page can select the appropriate banner graphic to display based on the information retrieved. or something like that if you know what i mean.
