How to add video or image ads before opening next page?

When video is completed or image is seen for 10 seconds after that goto page clicked for.

I want to add my own videos and images for advertising before going to next pages selected for displaying ads

Most of the ads are in javascript and flash.

I can't help you with that. It's in javascript. You need to ask someone in the javascript section and Internet Marketing section to explain to you how it works.
