gif content overflowing error_reporting function seem not suppressing warning

I am not sure why it happens so but i would like to request experts in solving this. plzz

when i browse this link,

it gives me no data image as it should but there is the respective image in ther server.

I even tried out he suggestion of turning of the error reporting with a error"_reporting function. still it happends? what should i be doing?

Observation : The gif contents are seen overflowing sort when i tried to see the VIEW PAGE SOURCE in firefox.i tried to paste it here below but only characters could be shown...

Thanks for the reply.
But the script serves for other levels. this script serves tehe image slices on a particular zoom level and i am not getting for 3x when i am getting it for 0x,1x,2x.
