How the Collaboration Works
The projects would operate through your Upwork account while I fully manage the business operations behind the scenes.

I will handle:

Daily client communication and messaging
Technical discussions and project planning
All development work and delivery
Project management and ongoing support

Your involvement would mainly be limited to:

Joining client meetings or video calls when necessary
Maintaining a professional presence as the account owner
Assisting with occasional account verification requirements if needed

Outside of meetings or calls, I will manage the entire workflow and communication process.

The purpose of this structure is to create a professional and scalable workflow while keeping your required time commitment minimal.

Compensation
You will receive 30% of the revenue generated from the projects we complete together.

All payments are processed directly through your Upwork account, providing full visibility into project earnings and transactions.

As we establish long-term client relationships and continue completing projects successfully, the objective is to create a stable and reliable source of side income through ongoing collaboration.

Requirements
To participate, you should have:

A reliable laptop or desktop computer (not Chromebook)
Stable internet access
Good communication skills and fluent English
A professional and dependable attitude
A valid U.S.-issued ID
Residence in the United States

A technical background is helpful, but it is not required. If you have experience in technology or software, that is certainly an advantage. However, someone without a technical background is absolutely welcome to participate as long as they have strong English communication skills, are professional, and can confidently join client meetings when necessary. I will handle all technical discussions, development, project delivery, and day-to-day operations.

Time Commitment
The role generally requires minimal daily involvement. Most responsibilities are fully handled by me, and your participation is mainly needed for occasional client meetings or calls.

Long-Term Goal
The objective is to build a stable and long-term freelance operation capable of generating consistent projects and sustainable income through ongoing collaboration.
