OS program, I use VS express 2012, when open it a strange message appear (Cannot start debugging.The assembly to be begged was build with a platform in cimpatible with the cirrent system)
In the description error "(Properties\AssemblyInfo.cd) could not be forund" ?
How to solve this problem ?
