DEPOSIT and WITHDRAWAL ERROR MESSAGE:
Input Amount:Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at Soft_eng.ATM.main(ATM.java:226)
there is a logic error or whatever error in deposit and withdrawal. :(
there is a little problem in new account. when the system reaches 11 records it cause to force shutdown of this atm system.

Look at line 226 and find what variable has a null value. Then backtrack in the code to see why that variable does not have a valid value.
If the variable is in an array, check why the index into the array is pointing to an element that has a null value.
Or add code to test if a variable is null before trying to use it.
