I likes to study symbian mobile application development. I had knowledge of C,C++ , PHP ... Please suggest me a course or some books.

Obvious place to check is Nokia website for developers since they are now the main lead behind Symbian. There is Qt for Symbian (but I'm not sure if it is for beginners) and there is S60 Programming: A Tutorial Guide (but you will have to stick with the version of Symbian used in book as any newer version will give you hell of headache to sort all problems of changes or porting)
