Slow Running Android Emulator and with creating Project

Hello All,

I am very new to Android. I installed only "SDK Platform Android 3.1, API12, Revision 2" and related to their stuffs. I am getting this error after creating new project:

[2011-06-26 14:43:38 - Dex Loader] Unable to execute dex: wrapper was not properly loaded first
[2011-06-26 14:43:38 - Hello] Conversion to Dalvik format failed: Unable to execute dex: wrapper was not properly loaded first

And if sometime emulator executed, it takes too long time such more than 10 mins.
What are the reasons behind this ??

My Laptop Configuration is :
2 Ghz Core 2 Duo Processor and
2 GB Ram
160 GB HDD.

Isn't it enough to run emulator??
Please Help me.

Thanks for reference link. But what about running slow emulator? I tried Clean Boot option, but it is not working.

Now thing is, android emulator is not working at all, getting (Not Responded).
