Does any one know of a software/program that can create a form. the form would have a drop down list, when your select an item on the list some part of the form would populate with items base on whats selected in the drop down. the other field can be prefilled or empty where the user can type in.
for example restaurant menu. let say you select Chicken as your main course (drop down list) the form would they populate with recccomendation for sides, drink,and so on. any suggestion
