when i click the button then an UPDATE query is fired, BUT IT GIVES The following Error:

A first chance exception of type 'System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException' occurred in System.Data.dll
no value givem for one or more parameters

Please show your code. that error means you didn't initialize one of the variables in your SQL string.
