What is the difference between facebook analytics and google analytics?

Hi, One of my sub domain website traffic is showing traffic equivalent to the main website. I have cheched the analytics setting and they seem fine. The problem is limited only for 2 subdomains out of 10 subdomains, rest subdomains are showing proper results.
