A couple of days ago MS 10 Photos stopped functioning correctly. The first sign of this malfunction began several weeks ago when it started taking a vey long time to open and now I cannot scroll through photos backwards and forwards: there are no longer arrow indicators either side of the photo . I have tried reinstalling Photo: no improvement. The only thing that works is to group photos together and then right click one: then the scrolling arrows reappear and I can scroll. But this is not how it was previously. Of course, I could do a system restore …

We're working on making things a bit different on the DaniWeb/Dazah backend. As a result, there were some routing issues that caused logins to break today if you weren't already logged in. These should be fixed now, sorry for any inconvience.

Hi people. I have a remove function that should set a hide member of a node to 1 instead of actually remove the node. The function works well when I insert and remove top and tap respectively (both nodes have their hide member set to 1) but when I insert and remove tap and top in this order, only top has its hidden member set to 1; tap is not found. **I will attach a .zip since this program has some headers and sources.** int main(void) { BiTree tree; char* target; char sarray[12][STRSIZ]; char tarray[12][STRSIZ]; // load an array with …

There is an interesting project on KickStarter that is close to successfully funding. I'm not the owner of the project, but I'm backing it and would be disappointed to see it fail. Please see if you would like to participate: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/Musopen/open-source-bug-tracking

Hi, I wasn't sure where to post this, but thought it may save some time for someone who ran into the same problem. I had a problem in a project, where whenever I clicked the "Accept" button on a form, it would close the form for no reason. Originally, I thought it had something to do with forms being shown as .ShowDialog and changed it to a normal .Show This had no effect. I copied the form into a new project and continued to experience the same problem. Eventually after going through the Designer.vb I found the problem, which is …

Perhaps this note will save another member a spot of frustration. I tried to login from my mobile phone, but the AMD ad banner kept popping over the login dialog no matter how I tried to scroll away from it. Here's a workaround. The problem occurred holding the phone in landscape aspect, which is convenient to using the keyboard. If I hold it in portrait aspect, the pop ups don't overlap! Even so the site maintainer might want to switch the order of popovers so the login dialog gets final focus. Regards, hardmath

When I watch full length movies online, sometimes my mouse is hidden on the browser. Just inside the browser though. I have to repeatedly hit the ctrl button to see where its at. This only happens when I watch divx streamed video for long periods of time. After the mouse is hidden, the video stops buffering. I did some googling and found out its not browser specific; its a dvix bug. I'm using Mozilla Fire Fox Version 3.0.6 Windows 7, 64bit

I have been using web browser for many years now (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Crome, Safari) and with heavy use of the internet, I have found that all of those browsers except Opera crash after the first few hours of having 20 tabs open with them constantly opening and closing. I know that Internet Explorer was based on Mosaic just like Firefox and possibly Safari. Then Crome was based on Safari. So I'm asking is it possible that a memory leek in mosaic has caused devastating side effects for nearly all browsers based on mosaic code. The memory leek I …
