People who know me know that Python has always been one of my favorite languages. And over the years, I've been pleased with the array of development tools that have been created for it, including the different IDEs. I also do a lot of work in .NET, primarily with C#. And although I once wrote a raving review of the .NET implementation of python called IronPython, truth be told, I never use IronPython anymore. Not at all. In the past, oh maybe four years, I've created a grand total of two IronPython programs, each consisting of maybe three lines of …

I´m having some trouble with my web browsers, both internet explorer and firefox. After around ten minutes or so of use, whatever browser I am using keeps opening itself again and again and won´t stop. The pages open to the homepage. I´ve run adaware and spybot and norton, and they´ve found nothing. As all of you can tell from the title, I need help understanding how to communicate to a USB port. Basically I need to send some bits to a usb micro controller and to do so I need to understand how you do it in C for both a Windows and Linux computers. I'm going to be creating my own interface (still figuring that out) which basically works by having the micro controller send out a signal so I can figure out what port it's on and from then on I just start sending the bits to it. So here's …

Hello, I've had this problem before but the solution (removing and then re-installing my printer and driver) isn't working this time. When I start up, I get the message: "Error in C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\DLCJtime.dll Missing entry:RunDLLEntry". My printer still prints, but before it does, it informs me that I'm missing a colour ink cartridge (which I'm not....it's just empty and my black & white cartridge does the job) so if I hit continue, it prints. Can anyone shed some light on this? (And no, I haven't been messing with the drivers or other hardware except to uninstall and install after getting the …

Hello, My old motherboard died without my having the ability to delete the old drivers off of the hard drive. I have installed a new motherboard and am attempting to boot into the old hard drive, however, Windows 7 will simply start up, try to load the files, and then enter a restart loop. I know why this is happening. It cannot find the appropiate files to boot off the hard drive because the new motherboard is conflicting with the old drivers on the old hard drive. I have attempted to boot off the Windows 7 disc and do a …

I have been given acer 5100 and pressing power button it light momentarily and goes off. It will not boot anything, until I press power button and then hold down F9 or F10 keys then it will boot as usual and things goes well. I have even upgraded the bios to latest 3.1.3. I'm running out of ideas and I thought I would ask. Since I'm not sure what the issue is then I though I would post here
