how do you extract all email addresses from a string and put each extracted email address as an element of a simple array? <?php // define and implement your php function here function get_all_emails($text_field) { // ---- Beginning of Green Section --- // create an empty array $emails = array(); // implement the function. this function should extract // all emails from $text_field and put them in $emails // ---- End of Green Section --- return $emails; } // your main code $example1 = "person-1@here.com, person_2@there.net; person.3@wayoverthere.com"; $response = get_all_emails($example1); // use print_r to test the result echo "<pre>"; print_r($response); …

Hello friends, I designed few classes to simulate any DFA and it runs fine, now I want to do the same for a NDFA. The major problem that arises with it is the possibility of transiting to multiple states on a single input and epsilon-transitions. for an overview i am posting here the .h files which essentially define the class structures for the DFA, and the main program for the simulation of a example DFA. I think there need to be only very small modifications to get the code adapted for NDFA ( I think "Transitions" class needs the tweak …

Having trouble implementing my own reserve function. ( have to do it for an assignment) Here is what i have so far but it doesn't appear to work. .h prototype
void reserve(size_type n);
constructor for our string
mystring::mystring(const char * s) { len = strlen(s); buf_size = len + 1; ptr_buffer = new char[buf_size]; strcpy(ptr_buffer, s); }
reserve function:
void mystring::reserve(size_type n){ if(n > buf_size){ char *hold = ptr_buffer; delete ptr_buffer; ptr_buffer = new char[n+1]; ptr_buffer = hold; delete hold; buf_size = n+1; } }
n is size_type unsigned int The .h was supplied and we …

Good Day! I'm a little bit lost right now on how to implement trees in java. We were ask to do a program that will display relationships (1st/2nd degree friends). I'm thinking of using vectors but our teacher said that we have to use Abstract Data Types (Trees). I've tried googling it but I could find anything. could someone help me/ point me in the right direction? THANKS =D
