Hi all, I am working on a PHP project. Im having a problem giving the 'src' for a image, because the image file is placed outside of the www folder :(. Let me explain more. When I log in to my server using FTP logins, it gives the directory structure as below +--www +--project1 -----+www ----------index.php -----+resources --------+additional ---------------image.jpg +--oldproject +(some other folders) I can access my project1 directly through the browser using http://hostname/index.php That means /project1/www/index.php file directly get executed by calling http://hostname/index.php (I really don't know how it is done, but it's working :)) Now I want to …

I'm trying to open a file (ifstream object), read from the file, then pass the ifstream object to a function where it will continue reading from the file. Along the way, I want to store the path of the file, and would like to know if there is a way to retrieve the path of the file from the ifstream object using public member functions. I didn't see any way to do this here, but I thought maybe someone here knows a trick to get around that (if it does, indeed, store the path). I know I can always pass …

Hello, I am encountering a problem when I try to connect to my webcam using CreateFile. Using the SetupApi, I found the interface path of my webcam: \\?\usb#vid_03f0&pid_5d11&mi_00#6&aad3e6&0&0000#{6bdd1fc6-810f-11d0-bec7-08002be2092f} According to the MSDN documentation I supposed that when I use this interface path in CreateFile, I will be able to read from the webcam. But when I use:
CreateFileA(detInfo->DevicePath,GENERIC_READ,FILE_SHARE_READ,0,CREATE_ALWAYS,FILE_FLAG_OVERLAPPED,0);
GetLastError will return "2": ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND What's wrong?

Hi all, Im trying to use a variable as a path in C. For instance, the user enters a directory and this is used with the '*.*' notation attached so the program loops all files in the directory. I've got the PHP part of this code working in a separate part of the program but dont seem to be able to get it working in C. I've attached the example code below, any ideas? Thank you for your time,
const char directory[50]; printf("Please enter directory to open: \n"); scanf("%s@, directory); const char directoryfile[60] = "directory\\*.*"; do { ...
If …

Hi, I am using cmake to build a visual studio 2008 solution file. When I do all build it works fine, but when I try to run a certain target inside that solution its giving me errors like: fatal error: 'limits.h' file not found 'stdio.h' file not found 'reloc2.h' file not found 'stdlib.h' file not found. The build freezes in the middle. Can an expert tell me why this is happening. I looked at the executable, include, lib paths inside the vc project: tools-> options -> projects and solutions->vc++ directories, The path for VB/include or/libs etcs were all present. Thanks. …

Hi All, I have a application that uses Delphi 200 bpl files - I know these can just be put into the c:\Windows\System32 dir and all will work - but is it possible to put them into a directory under the Application eg c:\Program Files\ DGL-Apps\IMS\_sysbpl ? It is just far tidier in my opinion to have them under the dir. I understand that all you really need to do is add the above path to the Windows Path and it will work but I would like to do this at application runtime , as I understand it you could …

when using the data_files option in my setup.py #!/usr/bin/env python import ctypes from OpenGL.platform import win32 from distutils.core import setup import py2exe import sys sys.path.append("dist") setup(options = {"py2exe": {"compressed": 1, "optimize": 2, "includes": ["ctypes","Tkinter","Numeric"], "excludes": ["OpenGL"] }}, zipfile = None, data_files=['msvcr71.dll', glut32.dll'], windows=['myprogram.py'] ) I get an error saying msvcr71.dll is not found. It exists in `C:\windows\system32`. If I specify its full path then I get a similar message about glut32.dll. That one exists in the python site libs.
