You know, there are few things more frustrating than getting interested in a TV show only to find it falling short of expectations. From the overly predictable plotlines to the underdeveloped characters, there's a huge list. But what really get irritated by is when the dialogue feels forced, like the writers are trying too hard to be clever or …

"I allocated a C partition and formatted as NTFS then boot back into my Windows 11 install USB." That can derail the usual Windows install. On today's PCs I start off with a blank, no partition drive, boot the Windows USB stick and once in a while need to add the Intel RST storage driver. I maintain that Microsoft should update …

One effective approach is to create valuable and informative content that others will want to link to, such as blog posts, infographics, or videos. By consistently producing top-notch content, you can attract organic backlinks.

Likewise... Whenever I reinstall Windows, other than the times I've reset to factory, when it gets to the "where do you want to install to" I always get the installer to delete, then recreate the partition.

I was searching for Paris Olympics ticket prices for tennis games recently. The official website directs you to a [PDF document](https://tickets.paris2024.org/obj/media/FR-Paris2024/ticket-prices.pdf) containing ticket prices and venues for all the games. However, I found the PDF document to be very hard to navigate. To make things easier, I …

In my previous article, I explained how I developed a simple chatbot using LangChain and Chat-GPT that can answer queries related to Paris Olympics ticket prices. However, one major drawback with that chatbot is that it can only generate a single response based on user queries. It can not answer follow-up questions. In short, the chatbot has no …

Currently the thing I hate most about TV shows is how much time elapses between seasons. I feel like I've been waiting for season 2 of Severance on AppleTV for *forever*! (It's been over 2 years already since season 1 debuted.) Speaking of that, is there ever going to be a second season for Squid Game? I can't imagine that Netflix wouldn’t invest …

I don't have personal experience with multilingual websites or non-English websites to be able to advise you on what's best. However, I would advise you that while it's appropriate to use multiple fonts, you want to ensure the entire website has a consistent look and feel, navigational structure, and design language. Otherwise it will be very …

The best method to obtain links remains paying for them, if your website does not offer something exceptional that people would be interested in talking about on their own initiative. The most effective types of links are those that many cannot afford, namely placing their link on sites that are already authoritative. Such sites are gold mines. …

I can confirm that's not happening. I can confirm they're just signing up and then leaving, and can also confirm they're not bots. There can't be *that* many people creating sleeper accounts for future spam attacks, so I'm ruling that out too. Plus, it's always been this way.

I was talking to Chris (the DiC founder/owner) a little bit before he decided to shut it down.
