Hi,
I suffer from this problem quite long
After I turn the computer on and every thind is downloaded,
and at the task manager there are after windows startup:
Explorer
Ctfmon
Ccapp
Zlclient
Rnaapp
Monwow
Systray
Hidserv
the resources are:
System resources 60%
User resources 60%
GDI resources 78%
After I start opening few programs windows it drops quickly below 10%, and stuck when it reaches 0%, sometimes it recovers but by few percents
