Hi all. For those of you who require assistance, please help us to help you by making certain that hijackthis is installed in a permanent folder.
You can create a new folder on your desktop and move hijackthis into it.
Alternatively, create a new folder in C:\Program Files so you have C:\Program Files\Hijackthis\Hijackthis.exe
The reason for this is that, most times you, the member, will be asked to clear out your temporary folders after the 'fix' has been completed. Having hijackthis in a temp folder means that both it and the backups it creates, will be deleted.
It will also save us having to post a reply to your thread requesting that you move hijackthis :).

Thank you for your co-operation.
