hi, i have uploaded my site first time and but unfortunately i got errors in web.config file that is as below:

can some one in the world help me, i am tired of making all the options given in the net. please please

Is your windows user account an administrator account? from what I see, it's saying you don't have the proper user permissions. your windows account isn't setup as your sqlexpress admin, or it's not setup as a user in SQL at all. You can try using the sa account, or try adding your windows account as a sql user.
