As with any web application, you should work on things like.... develop a mock up of the web app, figure out what information you need to store in the database and how you are going to store it.... and then begin to develop the layers and components of your application. figuring out a work-flow (the process through the app) is helpful if done before you begin coding.

Like JorgeM said, reasearch on your own first. Sites like this are to help other programmers. They're not a collection of free programmers to get work from.
