You are going to need to provide a lot more information than that if you want to get a decent response.

What database are you using?
What data do you want to insert and to what table definition?
What data do you want delete and does the table you are deleting from contain a primary key?
What language are you using in ASP.NET?

And the bigger question, what have you tried so far? Show us what effort you have made at the moment.
