root cause

Unable to find a javac compiler;
com.sun.tools.javac.Main is not on the classpath.
Perhaps JAVA_HOME does not point to the JDK

how can i get ride of it

By installing and setting up Tomcat properly.

As the error ask where does your JAVA_HOME points to?

Windows echo %JAVA_HOME%
Unix echo $JAVA_HOME
