hi frnds..

i dont any thing abt excel formate...
i need to do excel sheet update..
eg:
i entered some text in textbox.then submit the form, then excel sheet should be update...

also plz tell me how to do excel sheet first time uploading...
i am good on mysql and php...just i want excel info...
