I need to make a map of country Croatia seperated in regions and when you click one region it takes to a site that i made.

Jump to PostDo you need to use a Google map, or is a plain image okay ? You can add polygons to a Google map, but I am unsure if it is possible to add a click to them. A normal image map can do the trick. (
