How to run PHP on pocket PC without internet connection?

And what?
I have already tried, but not working for me.
Pocket HPH Server is installed and started on my pocket PC.
I would like to run this sample script:
http://www.php-scripts.com/php_diary/example2.phps
It is uploaded on my pocket PC.
But how to run?
I've tried to start IE, and load like this:
file://\folder\example.php
But only the text is loaded!
