PHP IDE (editor) with support for frameworks

Anyone can recommend me the best php IDEs available which also provide support for frameworks like zend or codeigniter?

NetBeans, definitely.

Others may say Eclipse or Aptana, but I personally prefer NetBeans for PHP. Netbeans also supports Zend, CodeIgniter, Symfony, as well as others via plugins.
