Hi, I have not touch flash in years and decided to brush up on it once more. I notice I have forgotten a lot of things. I created the look that I want in flash but I am having problem what to do next once a person hit the submit button.
this is what I have for my instant names:

mobile
man (radio button)
woman (radio button)
agegroup (list)
fotoshooting (checkbox)
modelfotoshoot (checkbox)
comment
submit (button)
Could someone please help me on how to write an action script for these instant? Also one for dreamweaver only if one is needed. Thanking you in advance. I have been working on this form for over a week and still can't figure it out:(
