how to get information of clients PC:- motherboard, processor , hard disk, Mac Address details using PHP/Javascript/jQuery?

I have php/mysql website which require hardware lock.

You can't get that information from the client using JavaScript. You could use a Java applet to get the MAC address, but I doubt the other details are accessable.
