I was wondering if there is a way to set a multiple level subdomain? eg. sub.sub.domain.com
FYI: my web host is with GoDaddy.

Yes of course, this is how DNS works. Now whether your provider will do this for you without any additional charges, you'd have to check with their support to find out if they offer DNS management services past the second level domain. If GoDaddy doesnt provide this …
