Design PHP/MySQL application that involves insert, view, search, delete, update/modify a record from a database.

Can someone show me the code ? I already done mine but I want to compare with yours as I find that my code is totally useless :) no worry , It is for the sake of learning , I am not copying as I already finish my code. It's just like a teacher show the correct marking scheme to students :) pleaseeeee :D
