Hello, I am currently designing a website with Flash and I am curious about its usability on mobile devices, especially mobile phones.

My second question is if I make an HTML website and it has a Flash video, can it be seen on mobile phones?

Only mobile phones that have Flash Player 10.1 can view the video player. Those phones are the Android ones. No apple device would show that video player.

Hi, today there are too many handsets in market which supports videos, i'm using Nokia 5230 it can play live youtube videos, live stream tv ( rtsp, etc ) in 3G environment. There are other handsets by Nokia as well as other providers available in market. So don't worry if, you are developing flash enabled website for mobile user version.
