I have a Triple boot, so if XP on it first, install Win7 and it will do a menu for you on bootup. Make sure you got a partition or a 2nd drive.

Make a copy or your Recovery Disc and try the Orig option's you were doing. It's possible your drive not reading the disc right and fails to copy the file's correct. Sorry - I left this posting and you already updated. Try Option one as before

Why did you re-install Windows and how did you do it? Did you reformat? You should have had a HP Recovery disc and it would have installed all system with the correct drivers. Do as RIK says, and re-download the Driver, just incase it corrupted while you downloaded.

yes, you better to setup the SSD as your OS drive, and leave any storage, data on the 1.5tb drive, to get the best performance. SATA isn;t like IDE when you have two drives on the same cable so no issue, as you using seperate SATA Ports.

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/87555-user-profile-change-default-location.html I would probably just move the User Folder's, like I have done before. Have you tried doing a test print from the printer direct to see what it prints? I suggest you do a config print from the printer also and let us see the result.
