I personally like PC Weenies
There's also Working Daze which isn't too bad but PC Weenies is actually my favorite.

Actually, it's my understanding that the Clark Kent persona is a 'wimp', not a 'nerd'. If you feel that I am mistaken, please explain why.

I guess technically the second one isn't so much a geek themed comic, but it's more or less a World of Warcraft comic so I figure thats gotta count for something. Plus it's bloody brilliant!
